While at S3 my responsibilities included leading the Creative Department. This included voicing the Creative Department’s group vision, its needs, and its views to management and the rest of the company. Perform administrative aspects for the dept. such as performance reviews, project resourcing, hiring, recruiting, utilization, and purchasing. Plan and pave the path for the individual Designers career paths. Work on billable projects, oversee and foster critiques for all other projects.
Clients include: BMW, Aston Martin, Jaguar, MINI, Land Rover, Eight O Clock Coffee, 180's, 267 Liquor, Jaeger LeCoultre Watches, Wyndham Hotels, Avaya, Dior, Chanel, Calvin Klein.
